While everyone is welcome at this site, we want to extend a special welcome to all subdivision trustees.  Our company was designed for you.  We want to help you with billing and collection, non-payment, landscaping, pool maintenance, taxes, insurance, indentures and more.  We realize these issues can sometimes be overwhelming and that this "volunteer" position can be thankless and frustrating.

 

We offer billing and collection of subdivision assessments.  When you contract with SOS, our attorneys will review your indentures and craft the agreement in accordance with your subdivision's guidelines.  We can provide a variety of other services including bill disbursement, the initiation of action to collect delinquent payments and suggestions for amending your indentures.  In addition, we will provide the names of our recommended vendors for a viriety of subdivision services.  There is never a charge for the vendor referrals or the initial attorney review.
